About your eyes
The video below, which should be viewed in conjunction with the notes underneath, explains the way in which the brain processes vision from your eyes. If you have any questions or concerns, please discuss them with your optometrist.
- Images are processed at the back of the brain, on both sides.
- When looking straight ahead both sides of the brain are active.
- Images to the left are managed by the right hand side of the brain
- … from both eyes!
- And vision to the right by the left hand side of the brain.
